November Meeting (2018)

Hi everyone!

The next Wodonga CRT Support Network meeting is scheduled for Thursday 15 November 2018, 4.00pm - 6.30pm.

This meeting is open to all local CRTs, Beginning and Returning Teachers or teachers on Family Leave.

No booking is required but we do appreciate your RSVP a couple days in advance!  It helps us to know how many nibbles and drinks to supply so we don't under or over cater by too awful much!  Walk-ins without RSVP are welcome, we like to offer this flexibility, but the more we know the better we can cater to everyone's needs!  If all else fails we will be, after all, right across the road from a supermarket ;).

Please note that 4.00pm isn't always time for people to wind up their day of work and arrive "on time"!  Late arrivals are not frowned upon, we are all CRTs and understand completely.

Topics:
We will be hosting this network meeting at Belvoir Special School so I think it is fitting to have the topic as special needs.  If you have a resource or website or information you would like to share about special needs, please bring it along.   I will run a tour of the school as well.

Cost: Gold Coin entry (to help cover drinks and nibbles).

New participant information:

• If you are going to be late or have to leave early that's 100% fine!  Please feel free to join for as long as you have available.
• Catering:  The coffee machine will be present with the usual selection of coffees and hot chocolates (new coffee machine this year, no more waiting on whizzers for the milk!), there will be the usual assortment of teas and there will also be our usual catering from Henry's Bakery (and something a little bit extra for the breakup!).  No need to stock up before you arrive, lessons to drive the coffee machine available!

Venue: Belvoir Special School, Gayview Drive Wodonga

We will be holding the meeting in the staff room.  As you enter the front gate you will find the Admin Office on the right.  Walk into Admin Office and ask the ladies at the front office where the staff room is.  They will show you the way.


Please bring a copy of your resume if you would like to put your name down on Belvoir's casual relief list.

Parking:  Please do NOT in front of the shops on Gayview Drive, in Jamieson Court in front of the hairdressers, in Robert Cresent on the Lawrance Street side or on the Opposite side of Gayview Drive from the school.
If there are any spaces, you are able to park in the teachers carpark and on the school side of Gayview Drive.

If you have not attended a meeting or evening PD before, please enquire at the school's main office for directions!  The office staff are happy to help and we are very easy to find.
